Although he had retired, Colin was inspired to re-enter the industry after watching YouTube videos about ChatGPT by Sam Altman, Geoff Hinton, and Yan Lecun in January 2023. This experience, which he described as a “spiritual awakening,” fueled his excitement about AI and led him to innovate the recruitment sector.
